"Ryan promptly contacted me after I solicited bids for home and auto insurance. The process was fast and painless...and turned out State Farm could save me $900 a year for the exact same coverage I had with my previous provider. So I contacted my provider to find out why my coverage was so high and steady going up, and let them know that State Farm would give me the same coverage for $900 a year less. They said there was nothing they could do as corporate sets the premiums. So clearly they did not care about a 15 year customer with no claims.
